- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
- Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence and communications.
- Organize travel itineraries, flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and manage confidential documents.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action plans for meetings.
- Provide research and data analysis as required.
- Assist with tracking expenses, managing petty cash, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Liaise with the legal accountant in the main Cairo branch for financial reporting and compliance.
- Assist with tasks related to social insurance and tax authority requirements.
- Coordinate IT system maintenance, backup and software updates.
- Manage logistics related to IT equipment, office supplies, and general office needs.
- Communicate with social insurance offices and tax authorities as needed.
- Facilitate submission of reports and legal compliance documentation.

Act as the primary contact with legal accountants and advisors for governmental or compliance matters.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in office and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, basic bookkeeping tools).
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records.
- Familiarity with social insurance, tax authority processes, and compliance requirements.

**Bonus Skills (preferred)**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Odoo.
- Advanced fluency in written and spoken English for professional communication.
