**Job Description**:
**Chef Grade Manager**

We are looking for an Chef Grade Manager** **to be an effective member in Pullman Zamzam Madina and to be a great assist to the kitchen department and in the development of the hotel.

**What you will be doing**:
- Manage day to day operation and supervise the staff
- Manage the daily activities and schedules of the other cooks, dishwashers, and prep support.
- Manage kitchen staff, delegates responsibilities, place groceries order, prepare menus and prepare food base on recipes.
- Supervise and train all.associates in food preparation, HACCP in-service training and sanitation and safety procedures.
- Train kitchen staff under the company’s guidelines and help develop an ordering and receiving system.
- Monitor daily census of patients and staff to increase or reduce the production and avoid food waste.
- Work hands on with all employee's to insure top quality meals for employee's and patients.
- Ensure proper staffing levels, by hiring, training and developing cooks, dishwashers and bus personal.
- Develop a culinary team through appropriate coaching, training and mentoring; identify and implement continuous quality improvement procedures.
- Originate and implement a culinary internship program that prepares participants, through practical work experience, for fine-dining food-production positions.
- consistent refrigeration and industrial cooking equipment maintenance to ensure proper operation.
- Work with knives and slicers a lot.
- Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grilles, deep fryers, and griddles.
- Experience history over grill, prep, gyro, deep fryers, and other fine food cooking.
- Pop up restaurant on a private ranch serving nightly tasting menu in a Michelin star fashion.

**Qualifications**:
**Y**our experience and skills include**:

- At least 3 Years of experience in the position in a 5-star Hotel
- Saudi or with transferable Iqama
- Excellent leadership, communication and training skills
- Strong attention to detail, highly responsible, organized & reliable
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
