As an **Administrative Assistant**, you are organized, punctual, serious with your assigned tasks, detail oriented and also a fast communicator.
You can adapt to different record-keeping styles between the different departments and properly communicate with all office staff and management.
You are preferably a Saudi national and fluent in English.
This position is full-time and based in our downtown Riyadh office. The fixed salary for this role is set at 4,000 Riyals full package per month. Part-time work can be considered and the salary can be further discussed.
**Your Success in the Role after 12 Months Will Be Measured By**:
1. A complete up-to-date office filing system for all employee files and legal correspondence.
(including e-filing)
2. Showing proper communication between management and employees in regards to solving problems and coordination.
3. Accurate analytical reports & memos as requested by Management.
4. Accurate organization and timekeeping.
**Responsibilities for the Position**:
1. Maintain updated records & documentation (filing) in a professional and accurate manner.
2. Improve and update the office filing system.
3. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
4. Perform a variety of office procedures by helping the CEO & the team and accomplishing expected results as needed.

8. Help conserve executives' time by reading, researching, planning/scheduling meetings & note-taking.
9. Demonstrate effective professional communication skills between management & all other members of the team as well as external visitors to the company.
**Qualifications**:
2. Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite & Asana.
3. With project management and analytical skills.
4. Highly adaptable, ethical and with professional conduct.
