Education : Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science)

Job Responsibilities:

- Go to person between customer and technical team to ensure smooth flow of communication.
- Carry out end to end pre-sales process from initial contact with the prospect all the way to the proposal.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders and customers.
- Highly knowledgeable of the Key Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS), Security.
- Manage overall client relationship with new and assigned accounts across UAE, Middle East Public, Govt entities & Private sector (non-banking Sector).
- Understand customer requirements, business strategies, value drivers and business operations.
- Poses a consultative sales approach and vast knowledge in enterprise solutions sales cycle and local market.
- Will be responsible for identifying net new accounts while also working with existing Proficient customers.
