**Project Overview**:
Bechtel and its consortium partners are excited to begin hiring the completion teams which will finalize the monumental Riyadh Metro Project (RMP), currently estimated at 94% complete. The BACS consortium, which includes Almabani General Contractors, Consolidated Contractors Company, and Siemens, is responsible for the design, construction, train cars, and signaling as well as electrification and integration of the new lines to the rest of the system. Riyadh’s population of nearly 6 million is forecast to increase to 8 million by 2030. The new metro system will meet the demands of the growing population while reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality.

**Essential Job Duties**:
The Reporting Engineer must combine a breadth of expertise across the cost and schedule disciplines.

**Specific responsibilities are**:

- Creates and implements measurement systems for established processes, examines performance metric results, develops reports using PowerBI or other similar reporting platform.
- Interfaces with project management team for schedule and cost performance presentations.
- Prepares and presents cost engineering/planning and scheduling performance information to management.
- Coordinates information input into specific performance studies.
- Evaluates performance study results and recommends conclusions for project team consideration and discussion.
- Performs productivity analysis of project operations and verifies results by work group.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrate skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems.
- Show proficiency with PC operating systems with an advanced knowledge of Excel to produce well designed graphs, charts, and reports for presentation. Be a self-starter capable of operating independently and proactively with confidence.
- Be good in oral and written communication, with demonstrated ability to present cost, schedule and risk information to management. Will be experienced in the production of management information reporting at programme level including the use of enterprise level systems.
- Experience in developing processes for reporting that are tailored to the programme environment and to meeting customer requirements.
- Experience in monitoring and reviewing planning and scheduling performance, including schedule development, control, and analysis, as well as cost performance, including cost estimating, cost control, financial reporting systems, and cost analysis.
- Demonstrated strong background with and an ability to review and present cost engineering and cost estimating products as well as planning and scheduling products using a high level of professional judgment and knowledge related to technical planning and scheduling skills and engineering design and construction practices.
- The successful applicant will meet the following essential criteria: Be an experienced Reporting Engineer with at least 5 years of experience. Have previous PC project experience within KSA or the wider Middle East and across a range of infrastructure projects.
- Grade 26: Have a bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 9 years of professional experience or, in lieu of a degree, 15 or more years of professional experience.
- Must be able to obtain a Saudi Visa.
