**About the Role**:Zoom is seeking a Channel Account Manager with expertise in partner development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your primary focus will be recruiting new partners and driving sales of our Zoom platform through our network of channel partners within the UCaas & Customer Experience (ZCX) Portfolio. Your responsibilities include driving revenue growth through joint go-to-market strategies and initiatives and building relationships with resellers, system integrators and service providers.
**About the Person**:We're looking for a highly motivated Channel Sales professional with experience in developing partner relationships, building trust, and establishing credibility. You should understand UCaaS and CCaaS-based technology to envision innovative customer experience solutions with Zoom’s Partner ecosystem in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a curious and continuous learner, you'll use a consultative approach to build positive relationships with key stakeholders. Your success will be determined by your ability to align with partners' needs and build positive relationships with key stakeholders**.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Spearheading demand generation, pipeline expansion, and sales execution via our wide network of partners in Saudi Arabia
- Coordinating Partner sales and technical enablement with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborating with the partner marketing department to amplify awareness and drive demand.
- Monitoring Partner sales pipeline and deal registration.
- Assisting Zoom's sales teams in navigating partner-led sales engagements.
- Ensuring partner success and accountability.
- Devising and executing strategies in coordination with Channel and Direct Sales leadership**.**
**Basic Skill Requirements**:
- Minimum of ten years' experience in channel roles, preferably within software/SaaS vendors, with a focus on UCaas and CCaas [ Customer experience tech ]
- Proficiency in thriving within fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
**Preferred Skill Requirements**:
- 8+ years selling Contact Center technology to channel partners and/or BPOs.
- Channel SaaS/Cloud/Platform selling experience.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, as well as Clari, and Productivity tools.
