Channel Business Manager, Dammam

Milestone is expanding and preparing for opening an entity in KSA. This position is for the soon to be established entity in KSA. KSA will become part of an important territory in the Middle East, and the Channel Business Manager, DAMMAM will have a key role in the further development of this region.
**Job tasks**
Your main responsibility will be to deliver on the business objectives in your territory. Using your expertise and knowledge in channel management you will be growing and expanding the business with your channel partners (2-tier) and it will be your responsibility to prioritize your accounts and the attention given such that the business potential of the portfolio is maximized.
Your workplace is homebased, and you will be reporting to the Director, Developed Market.
**The role will also include**:
- Promote and market Milestone System products and services within the assigned territory
- Building, driving, and deepening the relations with both Systems Integrators and Distributors
- Building, driving, and acting upon business plans with managed partners
- Engaging and working with local Consultants
- Engaging and working with large end users
- Reporting and documentation in CRM management tools
- Participating at events, seminars, and exhibitions
- Be liaison for the territory to the rest of the organization and vice versa.
The job requires travelling in the territory and sometimes abroad to other Milestone offices.
**Professional qualifications**
- Higher Education preferably with commercial focus and exposure to technical fields
- Minimum of 7 years work experience in IT industry sales
- Proven sales record and revenue growth driver skills. Experience withing channel management in IT or Security is preferred
- Competent IT technical skills
- Fundamental commercial and technical knowledge of IT software and/or hardware
- A goal oriented, sales focused and self-confident profile
- Willingness to travel, work independently and closely monitor own goals
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Ability to uphold organizational values and high moral standards
- Fluency in Arabic, and excellent profficiency in English is a requirement
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage. MS Office a must
