This role is responsible for driving the sales operations plan and for achieving agreed sales and broader performance targets for their part of the organization/specific product area. Develop an effective sales team through training and coaching or management of key commercial programs.
- To meet or exceed sales targets (market share/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.
- To achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through face to face and meetings and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.
- To promote defined Sandoz products according to campaign briefs and policies.
- To ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of Sandoz priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programmes.
- Effective communication with territory colleagues and relevant members of other teams e.g. Healthcare, Hospital, in order to understand, maximise and drive territory.

**Minimum requirements**

**Education**:

- University degree: Business Discipline/ Life Sciences / Medicine / Public Health/ Health Economics

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Market Access or KAM in the pharmaceutical industry or Health care organization
- Knowledge of country-based healthcare system and policies
- Network among government officials, policy makers and payers with solid understanding of operations
- Strong knowledge in health economics and value propositions
- Ability to drive successfully projects and teams in a matrix environment (Cross-Functional Collaboration)
- High level of understanding of pricing & reimbursement models
- Strong negotiations and presentation skills
