**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Maintain best practices in recruitment compliance and identify alternative recruitment methods
- Target, attract and maintain a highly skilled and diversified applicant pool
- Gather and submit data on recruitment activities to highlight any areas causing delays and difficulties, with suggestions to address them
- Responsible for sourcing, assessing and supporting the onboarding process for both, external and internal talent
- Ensure roles posted are market relevant and shared on the appropriate platforms
- Work closely with Associates to maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition and applicant files on applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Streamline the screening processes to ensure the selection of top talent is completed within agreed SLAs
- Ensure the selection of top talent in the market through the assessment of capabilities, experience, and potential for growth within the business
- Integrate diversity strategy, policies and principles into all recruitment activities
- Manage offer process to ensure Approval-to-Hire, offer letter creation, and pre-onboarding requirements are met.
- Adhere to corporate policy for recruitment and selection.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in human resources management.
- +1 years of experience in the same role
- Stakeholders management skills is a MUST
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proactive nature.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
