**Job Purpose**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the organization, specifically related to technical competencies.
- Develop comprehensive technical training programs, including curriculum design, instructional materials, and training delivery methods.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules that effectively address identified training needs.
- Manage the training resources, including training facilities, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and methodologies, such as simulations, case studies, and hands-on activities, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Incorporate adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design to create effective and engaging training materials.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring appropriate participation and availability of trainers and trainees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
- Analyze training effectiveness data and make recommendations for continuous improvement of training materials and delivery methods.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in technical training, and integrate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and instructors, including mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate with external training providers, consultants, and vendors as needed to supplement internal training capabilities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to technical training and professional development.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Technical Education, or a related discipline. Master's degree is a plus.

**Minimum Experience**:
Min 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs.
