**Purpose of the role**
We are currently recruiting for a Director of Human Resources for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position will be responsible for the full suite of Human Resources Business Partner activities across KSA for both Operations and Corporate Office, covering around 30 Managed and Franchised hotels as well as Palace operations and Corporate Employees. In addition, this role will oversee all HR related activities with Educational Institutes, Skill development Companies, Ministries and Government.

**What we require from you**
- Serve as strategic Business Partner to Head HR IMEA & VP Operations KSA to drive KSA Corporate & Hotel People Agenda
- Lead the Saudization talent agenda across Corporate and Operational teams towards a more balanced, high performing culture with a focus on building long-term KSA strategies that are in line with all Saudization requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Government, Ministries, Educational Institutes, Skill development Companies and Agencies, representing IHG to these bodies in all formal capacities to fulfill the HR and Talent Agenda.
- Conceptualize and develop strategic end-to-end people agenda for KSA for both Hotels and the Corporate population
- Direct functional leadership for Area HR Community on KPOs, PDPs, Career & Succession Planning
- Work closely with IMEA HR COEs on designing and driving local HR solutions & tools through various forums & workstreams
- Drive Functional HR agenda in embedding global and regional tools and solutions across the portfolio
- Accountable to change culture to a commercial mindset and directly support highest fee contributing & complex priority hotels to drive maximum business performance.
- Provide leadership, coaching & direction on Strategic HR matters to key operational and Corporate stakeholders directly impacting the business such as business effectiveness, talent & performance management, culture & organization design.
- Drive Employer Brand Recognition through targeted programs & initiatives eg: Great Place to Work, Hotelier Middle East, Caterer Middle East
- Accountable for all employee related matters pertaining to Ethics Program Management, Labor Cases etc.
- Custodian of IHG’s reputation in KSA. Proactively manage any risk to business including & not limited to Human Rights etc.
