Our Client

Currently hiring for a Bid Manager for a large digital transformation consultancy in the Saudi Arabia.

Your responsibilities will include;
- Responsible for managing your own time while running multiple bids.
- Assemble and coordinate the bid team.
- Create and execute the bid plan, manage the bid budget, and involve resources.
- Identify the needs of the customers and ensure the proposal will provide the best value for the price.
- Organize win-strategy workshops and pricing sessions.
- Review the proposals and contribute content.
- Coordinate the solution and proposal approval and validation process, Contribute to customer presentations.
- Keep updated the bid documentation.
- Work effectively with other departments such as Legal, Procurement, Marketing, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum experience of 8 years in working as a Bid Manager/Writer.
- Must be able to run complex large bids (100m USD+)
- Experience with IT products and services.
- Knowledge of risk management/analysis and approval processes.
- Experience in contract development is a plus.
- Arabic Speaking
