**Objective**:
Responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and establishing strategic relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new project opportunities while expanding the company’s network of relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Negotiate and close contracts with potential clients.
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and new business opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve project acquisition targets, with performance-based bonuses or commissions on projects secured through efforts.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
- Familiarity with the industry is preferred.
- **Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations**.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a relevant industry is advantageous.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Ability to perform under pressure and achieve targets.
- Proactive with strong leadership and initiative.
