Manage and oversee banking transactions and relationships, ensuring all financial activities comply with local regulations.

Ensure the company adheres to all local laws and regulations, including timely submission of required documents and payments.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with government entities and banks.

Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in dealings with government bodies or financial institutions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all government-related inquiries and communications.

**Personal Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Technical Skills**:
Strong understanding of Saudi regulations and compliance requirements.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Saudi market.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
