We are currently hiring Area Sales Managers for the Central region. As the Area Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in accelerating the growth and development of our Industries and Environment division. Your main responsibility will be to create and implement effective sales strategies, establish strong client relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
**Job Description**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand our customer base within Industries and Environment Division including but not limited to; Building, Infrastructure, Industries, Power, Utilities and EHS sectors as well as the related Lab services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilizing market research and industry knowledge to tap into potential revenue streams.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Utilize CRM effectively to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
- Provide accurate quarterly and yearly sales forecasts and reports to senior management, contributing to the overall strategic planning of the company.
- Participate in industry events, and networking activities to enhance the company’s market presence and build a strong professional network.
- Define KPI’s for the sales team, aligned with the company overall targets and objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of experience in sales with a strong focus on Building, Infrastructure, Industries, Power, Utilities and EHS sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of KSA market, including industry trends, regulatory landscape, and key players.
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in analyzing sales data to drive performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English. Arabic is an added value.
