PLI works in tandem with Mercedes-AMG engineers to co-design the V6 hybrid Formula One engine and develops fuels, lubricants and functional fluids that power the Silver Arrows.
**Position**:
- Ensure all plans and activities related to the customers and distributors are implemented: orders; contracts; reporting and analysis.
- Ensuring that all the business plans are on place and implemented through the coordination with the Commercial & BD Manager, and the Marketing Manager.
- Manage and ensure the achievement of targets in the area under responsibility.
- Daily operational support to the distributer’s sales force.
- Able to guide customer by offering right Petronas Lubricants products and discuss features & benefits.
- To manage local field trials and develop Proof of Performance with the help of Regional Technical Support.
- To coordinate between the production facility and other stockholders.
- Contribute to the Budget definition and set-up, both on the short and long term, with full alignment with the Manager, Commercial and BD and all the key local Stakeholders being part of the process.
- High commitment for the full respect of the Group Policies, in terms of HSE, Core Values, Business Principles, Code of Conduct, being at mastery level to inspire the Team and driving them on the right behaviors.
- Responsible for the activation of an effective performance management system to assure a control of the result delivery effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (commerce / business / sales, etc.).
- 4/5 years of Sales experience in KSA Lubricants industry, Other ME markets is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of major industries in the region. Examples are Automotive, Construction, Power etc.
- Understanding of Lubricant Specifications, Industry Standards, OEM Approvals
- Dealt with After-market service offerings (be in Lubricants, Chemicals, Fleet etc.)
**Competencies & skills**
- Superior negotiation and Communication skills.
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Arabic is a plus.
- Good presentation skills
- Able to travel within responsibility area.
