- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives for the KSA region, in alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Lead and oversee the sales teams across various properties in KSA.
- Identify and develop key relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and opportunities within the KSA market.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, revenue metrics, and market data to make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities that support sales efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement within the sales teams.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and strategies.
- Ensure effective alignment between sales efforts and revenue management for pricing optimization and inventory management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and emerging trends affecting the KSA region.
