**Position Summary**
Carrying out the development and management of Executive Education programs at KAPSARC School of Public Policy (KSPP) involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on project management. This involves conducting market research, segmentation analysis, and benchmarking for strategic growth; tailoring outreach strategies to diverse customer segments and nurturing relationships with clients and partners to ensure sustained expansion; and program execution, involving managing the entire project lifecycle and continuously improving program delivery to meet specific client needs, thereby contributing to growth while adhering to KSPP’s strategic goals.
**Major Accountabilities**
**Strategy and Planning**
- Contribute to the design and implementation of executive education business development strategic and operational plans, objectives, and goals, ensuring alignment with KSPP strategy.
- Develop business development performance indicators, drive the achievement of targets, and continuously monitor progress toward the realization of objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on executive programs’ progress and outputs to be shared with relevant stakeholders in line with reporting requirements.
**Budget Management**
- Participate in the budgeting cycle of executive programs and provide input on the budgeting process.
- Ensure effective utilization of the budget of executive programs and report accurately on the progress made and challenges encountered.
**Program Execution Planning and Delivery**
- Keep abreast of the latest academic sector trends, standards, and best practices in order to incorporate them into KAPSARC's business development initiatives.
- Establish and maintain efficient communication channels with internal functions to facilitate ongoing interaction about program requirements and delivery specifications.
- Develop a comprehensive outreach plan, and engage with prospective clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to attract potential clients and increase the customer base.
- Establish communication channels with corporate clients, government agencies, and key decision makers, encouraging open lines of communication to enhance KAPSARC School's network and reputation and ensure the continuous receipt of program requests.
- Develop and ensure the proper implementation of assessment plans for received requests, including client engagement procedures, needs assessments, feasibility studies, knowledge gaps identification, and outcome specifications to safeguard the effectiveness of tailored executive programs.
- Manage the development of a well-structured schedule for executive program delivery and ensure alignment with overall academic and instructors’ calendar to optimize resource utilization.
- Build, maintain, and update programs’ evaluation framework, guidelines, criteria, and performance metrics to depict gaps and recommend improvement measures.
- Manage the delivery and operational logistics of executive programs, ensuring adherence to preset qualifications and high-quality program delivery standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, faculty members, and participants before and during the program to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Promote and initiate coordination between executive education and relevant functions to enhance and streamline operational efficiency.
**Follow-up and Improvement**
- Develop periodical evaluation reports assessing program delivery methods, program outcomes, teaching effectiveness, and students’ satisfaction levels, and ensure proper update of related databases and dashboards to facilitate decision making in improvement initiatives.
- Consolidate and assess performance findings to unlock areas for improvement, including but not limited to teaching techniques, curriculum enhancement, instructional strategies, program timelines, etc.
- Develop, review, and validate corrective plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders and monitor proper execution to enhance institutional performance and quality.
- Perform any other duties which the organization may require to be carried out.
**Policies & Processes**
- Contribute to the development and implementation of executive programs’ policies, processes, procedures, and controls covering all areas of activity while delivering high quality and cost-effective results.
- Ensure continuous improvement of executive programs’ systems, processes, and practices, taking into account leading practices, changes in international standards, and changes in the business environment that demand proactive action plans.
- Ensure compliance with all KSPP’s policies and regulations, including the key policies and procedures relating to the academic and examination regulations.
