**المسؤوليات**:

- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحلية والربحية والسيولة النقدية.
- تحديد ومتابعة فرص الأعمال، واستغلال الإمكانات السوقية.
- توليد العملاء، وإعداد ملفاتهم، وتخطيط الأنشطة، وتحديثات إدارة علاقات العملاء.
- تعزيز رضا العملاء.
- تقديم ملاحظات السوق حول اتجاهات القطاع.
- إدارة العلاقات الحالية واستكشاف فرص جديدة داخل قطاع الضيافة والإقامة.
- إدارة الأسواق وتنفيذ عدد مناسب من زيارات العملاء/العملاء المحتملين وفقًا لكود المبيعات الخاص بالشركة.

**المتطلبات**:

- خبرة ما لا يقل عن 4 إلى 5 سنوات في المبيعات كمدير حسابات مبيعات ميدانية أو في دور مشابه.
- درجة في إدارة الأعمال أو المبيعات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في إدارة الصفقات المعقدة وبيع الحلول لعملاء الشركات (خاصة في مجال الضيافة والإقامة).
- مهارات استشارية في المبيعات وقدرات التفاوض.
- خبرة قوية في برامج إدارة علاقات العملاء، ومعرفة بـ Salesforce تعتبر إضافة إيجابية.
- منهجية سعي لتحقيق النتائج.
- شغف باللياقة البدنية، مع حماس ونشاط وسلوك أخلاقي.
- عقلية إيجابية ونشيطة، ماهرة في التنقل في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
