Sales Account Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Research and develop lists of potential customers.
- Make regular telephone calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads.
- Manage day to day sales process, coordinate account meetings.
- Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to closure.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quota with exceptional forecast predictability.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales of human resources services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
