About the Position

The position is based at Riyadh and will report to Head of Sales. With our aggressive growth Agenda, the position creates an interesting and challenging environment to make things happen and advise the business on pricing dynamics and strategies, to support commercial objectives and achieving Annual Business Plan

The Job

Reshape products description within NUPCO tender, increase the wins and ease the upgrade to more innovative solutions
Advise Company businesses on pricing, dynamics, and strategies, to support commercial objectives & ABP plans
Develop Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and drive key accounts Sales Plans to fulfil key account plan growth
Works closely with country Head of Sales to identify new opportunities, penetrate new accounts, facilitate upgrade, and increase tender winnings
Support business in managing external price environment & competitor landscape
Drive profitable growth and close opportunities in large, sophisticated enterprise-named accounts by initiating, developing and/or delivering outstanding solutions that result in improved customer outcome.

**Lead key activities such as**: account planning, selling processes, post-sales implementation processes, follows/ adheres to principles of territory management.
Support Saudi sales team in external engagement with payer stakeholders
Work with sales team to secure access and reimbursement of Company products across all accounts

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

The role encompasses of building and implementing the key accounts strategy and maximize the revenue hence one should be:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Nursing
Saudi national is a MUST with 10+ years of total experience wherein 5-7 years as market access / KAM within medical devices domain
Direct exposure to NUPCO, GHC, MOH & institutions within Saudi Arabia
Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics
Agile, dedicated and result oriented with clear strategic thinking
Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information with absolute discretion
Excellent communication and presentation skills
