Job Summary:
We are looking for a Head of Events Management to assist our organization in hosting events that enhance our organization's image, improve client loyalty, and enhance our brand-to-client experience.
The Head of Events Management will be tasked with researching and securing venues, planning and managing our events calendar, negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors, assisting with event marketing, monitoring timeframes and budgets, networking, and delivering on event brief objectives.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Plan the event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Developing event feedback surveys.
- Conducts short
- and long-term planning and management for events and sales.
- Develops and recommends the budget, marketing plans, and objectives and manages within those approved plans.
- Maintains or exceeds budgeted sales and profits in all event areas.
- Recommends, develops, and implements effective marketing plans for generating event revenues.
- Assembles creative and innovative event attractions based on internal capabilities or outsources to qualified vendors.
- Led event team to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
- Administers all phases of the event department, including but not limited to sales, planning, marketing, servicing, and administrative procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, hospitality, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience working within the same industry of companies in brand activation, creative, or event management.
- 3 years of experience in managing, supervising, and coaching teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and client connection skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ﷼25,000.00 per month
