You’re a motivated and ambitious team player at the beginning of your career in the event industry. You may have some experience, or none at all. What you do have is confidence, a never-say-die attitude and a passion for events and live experiences. You’re also flexible, organized, customer-focused and have an eye for detail. You’re no shrinking violet: you are not shy about asserting yourself and communicating new ideas.
**What you'll be doing**
- Keep our and client's databases updated at all times
- Support in the production of an event during preparation and when on-site
- Contacts suppliers and get quotes
- Assist in venue and supplier selection, registration of participants and may help to make travel arrangements
- Support (and learn from) project managers when setting, communicating, maintaining timelines and priorities on all projects
- Help manage the finances and monitor cost of our events
**Must haves**
- Saudi National
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Knowledge of the event industry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs: Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, MS Teams and other technological registration tools
- Strong administrative skills
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Motivated and ready to go beyond the job description to make things happen
- On rare occasions it may happen that you may have to work on weekends, but of course you can take time off to compensate for the additional hours
**Nice to haves**
- Any other additional language
- Experience working in an event agency
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
