The **HR Manager** in Events solutions, production, and logistics oversees personnel management, talent acquisition, and employee relations within the dynamic environment of event planning and logistics, ensuring efficient staffing and HR operations to support successful event execution and logístical coordination.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**The position involves**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Collaborate with management to foster a positive work culture.
- Analyze HR metrics to drive improvements in employee engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Handle sensitive HR issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs and plan for future staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field;
- Master's degree is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
