Inside Sales Executive

Our engineered materials are developed and tested on-site. We serve the Aerospace, Automotive, General Industrial, Hydrogen, LNG & Cryogenics, Medical, Midstream & Downstream Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Renewable Energy, Semiconductor, Upstream Oil & Gas, and Water Treatment markets. The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for monitoring, nurturing, and reporting on existing revenue streams while ensuring target customer satisfaction levels. Oversight includes all order and quote processing, maintaining open lines of communication with all inside departments to advocate for customer needs, and revenue generation from Affiliates and Tier 4 customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES - Determine, track, and analyze key performance indicators for the Inside Sales Department and report findings to senior management. - Ensure smooth working relationships between Inside Sales and other internal departments. - Understand and analyze all Inside Sales job tasks and responsibilities to identify areas of improvements and ensure targets are being met. - Track quote metrics and analyze data in order to generate additional revenue and ensure market competitive advantage.
- Maintain and develop all necessary work instructions for the department. - Generate ad hoc reports for senior management. - Manage all Inside Sales personnel to ensure performance excellence and positive team moral. Hire and dismiss team members as needed.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelors in Business related area (Masters preferred). 7-10 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or marketing. WORK ENVIRONMENT Spends majority of time in office environment. Minimal exposure to shop to obtain or furnish information.
