The **Senior Technical Inside Sales **is responsible for supplying to our customer the right solution to solve their problems. You will learn to work, as a team, for various type of project sizes, complexity and you will be exposed to the main growth markets such as Oil & Gas, Refineries or Petro-Chemicals
This position is part of the PALL FTAP Department and will be located in our Pall office in Saudi Arabia. We envision a future where our innovation connects, empowers, and emboldens humanity to be its best.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- be the focal technical contact of our internal Pall Sales and clients.
- understand the requirements of our customers and the challenges they are facing.
- reply to the demand by selecting the right technology and build the solution.
- prepare the technical and commercial offer to match our client specification and requirements.
- accompany our customers all along the project phase by replying to all their clarification till the purchase order and hand over processes.
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Mechanical or process Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience, as proposal engineer with a strong technical knowledge on a field of specialization in the energy market, providing critical process equipment’s and being familiar with the value selling.
- Comfortable to review the client tenders, specification, and datasheets able to read P&ID from clients, understand the tie-ins, clarify scope, and if any type of valves, Instrumentation, and control philosophy.
- Be very agile and a main communicator in working with a sales environment, proactively speaking to several internal departments to make things done, align the workflow, processes to lead the client satisfaction.
- Be an active thinker ‘outside the box’ to regularly propose some improvements of our internal processes or tools and lead the changes.
- Fluent in English is a must and speaking Arabic could be a plus
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
- Working under a DBS mindset and with some DBS tools
