What you’ll do:
- Provide a first-class customer service across the business, both internally and externally, including diary management and travel management- Organise travel, including booking taxis and organising required visas/documentation and inoculations.- Prepare for meetings and events including drafting agendas, circulation of required material, recording Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) if required, room bookings, preparation of room, catering and technical equipment etc.- Support the operations of sites and offices, including office supplies, general facility tasks, filing etc.- Event management as required.- Efficient storage of documents- Contract Management, Logistics, Raising PO's & HDC

You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Specialized Diploma / Vocational Training- 2-4 years of relevant experience- Excellent command of English Language- Arabic language is an added advantageJoin us, bring your energy, and grow your career.
