Growth Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue for the delivery app.
- Implement data-driven approaches to identify growth opportunities, optimize conversion rates, and enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, design, and engineering, to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
- Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and referral programs.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve app performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights to inform growth strategies.
- Design and implement personalized user experiences through targeted messaging, content recommendations, and customized offers.
- Develop and manage partnerships and collaborations to expand the app's user base and enhance its value proposition.
- Lead user research initiatives to gather feedback, conduct surveys, and gain insights into user preferences and pain points.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the app's competitiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate growth progress, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage the growth budget effectively, allocate resources to high-impact initiatives, and track ROI for different strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least [5 years] experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within the mobile app industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CleverTap, Adjust, Branch.io, Amplitude) to track user behavior and app performance.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a deep understanding of user psychology and behavior.
- Knowledge of mobile app acquisition channels, marketing automation, and referral program strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving growth KPIs and targets.
- Experience with user research, surveys, and feedback collection is a plus.
- Familiarity with the delivery industry or e-commerce space is advantageous.
