Key Responsibilities

As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and vendor management. You will work closely with vendors to develop and implement new product offerings, managing inputs like selection and identifying means to improve vendor experience.

Your primary responsibility will be providing support to vendors in improving their capabilities to execute their business in the most optimum way. This will include assisting vendors on a day-to-day basis to get well-versed with various Amazon tools and providing on-ground support to assess inputs like Purchase Order management, selection expansion, shipment etc., and guide them to solve issues in the process.

You will also take on larger responsibilities such as initiating and owning process improvement projects, participating actively in stakeholder calls/meetings etc.
