**Job Description Summary**: Early Career Trainee Digital Solutions and Recall will be responsible for driving Digital Solutions execution and Recall process to ensure customer satisfaction, problem resolution and operation excellence across Saudi.

**Key responsibilities/essential functions include**:

- Working with digital leader on basic troubleshooting, installation and service repair needed on designated digital systems.
- Working with FMI leader to close all FMI on time.
- Working with FMI leader on POD and customer Response Forms distributions and collection.
- Attend customer visits to promote and show the benefits of GEHC Digital and Remote services portfolio and solutions.
- Working together with connectivity teams to Improve Effective connectivity, processes, and infrastructure.
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining connectivity tasks logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer digital service issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.
- Communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
- A strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion and aptitude for both software and information technology.
- Possess Say-Do Ratio and effective time management skills.
- Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Up to 2 years of experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong IT and digital skills and capabilities.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction
- Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills
- Proficiency in Arabic/English
