Senior Sales Director.

The mission is to engage with very large key accounts in UAE and KSA while fostering strategic partnerships in the market. The Sales Director will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and liaising internally for their execution.

The Director will be responsible for building out the Sales team for KSA & Dubai - New division: Automated waste collection system.

**The role involves**:

- Key Account new engagements: Engage with new key accounts in UAE and KSA, by opening new doors, new channels, and new partnerships.
- Target Account Identification: Identify and prioritize lucrative opportunities within key sectors such as government, public entities, large commercial developments, and residential communities.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Lead the development of compelling proposals showcasing the economic and environmental benefits of your automated waste collection systems. Secure contracts through effective negotiation and win-win solutions.
- Market Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for KSA and UAE, aligning with regional sustainability goals and waste management policies.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, including government officials, project managers, facility managers, and environmental consultants.
- Industry Expertise: Remain updated on the latest waste management trends, regulations, and technology advancements within KSA and UAE.
- Team Management: Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team across both

countries. Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

**Experience, skills & Qualifications needed**:

- Experience dealing with complex machinery sales to Government or very large Organizations across GCC - essential
- 8+ Years of Sales Management experience in Fleet or large machinery sales
- Completed Degree in Business or similar field
- Results orientated with the ability to thrive in matrix environments
- Fluent in Arabic with impeccable communication skills in English
