**Role Overview**:
As the Sales Director at Lucidya, you will lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth and strategic sales initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Muhannad AlShaikh, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious targets. This role offers the opportunity to step into the role of Vice President of Sales with successful performance and leadership.
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy & Leadership**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve the target of 10 million USD ARR.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10 sales professionals to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
**Sales Operations & Execution**:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and close business opportunities in a timely manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and accuracy of CRM data, facilitating effective sales pipeline management.
**Client Engagement & Relationship Building**:
- Conduct client visits alongside team members to build relationships and secure deals.
- Drive daily check-ins with the sales team to monitor progress, provide coaching, and offer support.
**Performance Metrics & Reporting**:
- Establish KPIs for the sales team and monitor performance against targets.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
**Strategic Planning & Execution**:
- Collaborate with CCO and executive leadership on strategic sales initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing and leading a diverse sales team of 5-10 individuals.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, with a strategic mindset to drive business growth.
- Experience in setting sales KPIs and performance metrics for teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and achieving targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
