**Admin Officer with Accounts experience required FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES COMPANY**

Ø MUST HAVE VALID IQAMA

Ø LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Ø MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3-4 YEARS GULF EXPERIENCE

Ø MUST BE VERY PROFICIENT IN TALLY

Ø MUST BE ABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY
- MUST HAVE ADMIN EXPERIENCE, BE ABLE TO ORGANIZE FILES AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE CLIENTS

**RESPONSIBILITIES AS FOLLOW**:
**-Communicate with clients**

**-Prepare quotations**

**-Use Zoho CRM for updating client lists**

**-Manage timesheets accurately from remote locations of Saudi**
- Recording day-to-day transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Creating invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation for billing purposes.
- Manage petty cash, maintain accurate records, and prepare periodic reconciliations.
- Create and process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions and WPS processing.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely processing and adherence to credit policies.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any issues by calls, mails.

Pay: From ﷼3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
