**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising, evaluating, and providing guidance to staff members in terms of attendance, behavior, and adherence to company policies.
- Facilitating the smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary information and resources for their roles.
- Warmly greeting visitors and guiding them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Addressing inquiries and resolving issues for employees, vendors, clients, and lenders by providing accurate information or finding appropriate solutions.
- Supporting interdepartmental communication and fostering positive interactions between internal teams and external parties.
- Ensuring the overall maintenance, organization, and security of the office environment.
- Assisting in special projects, such as driving process improvements and contributing to budget development.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new policies and processes to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Ensuring timely issuance of sales invoices and diligently following up for prompt customer payments.
- Overseeing timely payment of utility bills, office expenses, and accommodation rents.
- Fluent proficiency in English and Arabic, enabling effective communication with stakeholders and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field**.
- **Proven experience in administrative management** or a similar supervisory role.
- **Proficiency in English and Arabic languages**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
