Travel & Admin Coordinator

Following are the job responsibilities for the role of a Travel & Admin Coordinator:
- Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa requirements.
- Manage travel expenses, including tracking and reconciling travel-related costs.
- Process travel expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors.
- Provide general administrative support to the office or department, including answering phones, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Handle office supplies inventory and ordering as needed.
- Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate travel plans for group events or conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses, bookings, and vendor contracts.
- Generate reports on travel activities and expenses for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in travel coordination and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and finance, to ensure alignment on travel policies, budgets, and reporting requirements.
