The **sales digital services **will be responsible for local tactical sales direction, client relationships and global revenue for assigned geographical zone.
You will create, develop, and execute sales tactics for local digital business to assigned countries and account(s) aligned with regional account manager strategy and VP sales global business plan. He/she will as well as generate accurate and realistic sales forecasts. The sales digital services will deliver consistent revenue performance and growth (white space) and will directly report to the VP Sales digital services.
- Provides strategic leadership to expand digital opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Develops digital Account plans (strategy, objectives, activities, milestones, and resources allocation). Works with VP Digital services to define business opportunity strategy.
- Establishes appropriate relationships with customers at the right business level, engages with senior stakeholders and partners to build strategic relationships at the C-level.
- As a trusted advisor, has continuous strategic conversations on customer needs and provides value-added insights.
- Ensures communication regional sales, regional marketing, global marketing and supports the execution of opportunity plans.
- Ensures delivery of all financial targets, including revenue, market share and net margin contribution.
- Manages all aspects of the sales cycle, including development of the customer relationship, prospecting/identifying new opportunities and the implementation of the digital account plans.
- Controls costs to ensure that expenditure is being managed in line with budgets.
- Develops and delivers accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives.
- Works with pre-sales support staff, pre and post sales resources to further customer relationships forecast, track account opportunities, and close the deal.
- Drives local digital pricing/bids/blanket strategies and ensures consistency with global guidance defined by VP digital services.
- Manage assign leads and opportunities in Twist and maintain up to date all information.
**Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- Minimum of 10 years of digital complex sales experience, including at least 3 years in major account sales
- Knowledge of the Energy industry and especially the plant operation side.
- Strong opportunity development and follow-up skills, ability to close the sale, and strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Proven track-record of successfully collaborating in a cross-functional, matrixed organization to build organizational alignment and engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior decision-makers at both the customer and internal management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and cultivate good working relationships with people in different functions and business divisions, as well as with people from different cultural backgrounds, both internally and externally to Technip Energies
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time domestically and internationally.
