In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful e-commerce strategies, driving online sales growth, and enhancing the overall digital shopping experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**E-commerce Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for online growth, sales expansion, and customer acquisition.

**Website Management**:

- Oversee the maintenance, functionality, and optimization of the company's e-commerce website.
- Collaborate with IT and web development teams to implement necessary updates and improvements.

**Product Management**:

- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory levels on the e-commerce platform.
- Work closely with merchandising teams to ensure accurate and compelling product presentation.

**Customer Experience**:

- Enhance the online shopping experience to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement user-friendly navigation, responsive design, and personalized content.

**Digital Marketing Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize marketing efforts and customer engagement.

**Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce, including conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.

**Payment and Security**:

- Ensure secure and efficient payment processing, and collaborate with the finance team on financial reconciliations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to online payment systems and security.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a successful track record of driving online sales growth.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in the lighting industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in e-commerce.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
