**Job Summary**:
We're on the hunt for a supercharged, compassionate business development person to turbocharge the expansion of our company As a business development executive, you'll be the master of finding and keeping clients, persuading them to snag extra products or cool features, and staying in the loop on all the latest consumption trends. Additionally, you will proactively identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients, maximizing revenue potential and strengthening long-term partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Immersing yourself in our product and service portfolio: Acquaint yourself with every detail of our offerings, becoming a knowledgeable expert who can confidently represent our agency.
- Cultivating new client relationships through diverse channels: Utilize direct outreach, word-of-mouth referrals, and collaborate closely with our esteemed marketing department to attract and secure new clients. Your skills will play a vital role in expanding our clientele.
- Navigating networking activities for market research and prospecting: Attend industry events and networking gatherings to gather insights, build connections, and identify potential clients who align with our agency's values and objectives.
- Nurturing existing client partnerships: Foster meaningful relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and addressing their evolving needs.
- Recommending upgrades and additional offerings: Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to enhance our clients' success by suggesting relevant upgrades or supplementary products and services tailored to their specific requirements.
- Crafting compelling business proposals and contracts: Utilize your expertise to prepare comprehensive proposals and contracts that effectively communicate our value proposition, ensuring mutual understanding and paving the way for fruitful collaborations.
- Skillful negotiation for mutual benefit: Exhibit strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms for both our agency and our clients, resulting in mutually beneficial agreements.
- Empowering our staff with sales proficiency: Develop and implement training programs to equip our team with the technical and interpersonal skills necessary to excel in sales and client relationship management.
- Analyzing client feedback and driving improvement: Regularly review and analyze feedback from clients, utilizing the insights gained to drive continuous improvement initiatives that elevate our service quality and exceed expectations.
- Staying ahead of consumption trends: Remain vigilant and proactive in monitoring market trends and shifts in consumer behavior, allowing us to adapt our strategies and offerings accordingly, and ensuring our agency remains at the forefront of the industry.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Extensive sales experience for a minimum of 3 years.
- Strong networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
