The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies for the hotel. This role involves identifying business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and promoting the hotel's services to achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Identify and target key market segments, including corporate, government, and leisure clients.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies as needed.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with existing and potential clients to promote the hotel’s offerings.
- Manage and resolve client concerns and feedback promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Business Development**
- Generate new business opportunities by actively networking and attending industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to promote hotel services and secure bookings.
- Identify potential partnerships and collaborations to expand the hotel’s market reach.

**Revenue Management**
- Work closely with the revenue management team to ensure optimal pricing and room inventory management.
- Monitor room sales performance and suggest adjustments to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management.

**Team Collaboration & Leadership**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and train junior sales team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs are met and service standards are upheld.

**Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and the hotel’s policies in all sales activities.
- Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and other documents.
- Regularly update the sales database and provide insightful reports on sales trends and forecasts.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical skills and market insight.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
