Supervise the delivery of Micro Focus solutions to clients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Micro Focus services, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Contribute expertise to design, plan, and oversee the implementation of Micro Focus solutions, aligning with business objectives, technical requirements, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to understand organizational needs. Translate requirements into comprehensive technical solutions addressing challenges and achieving desired outcomes.
- Oversee the execution of Micro Focus solution designs, providing guidance to the implementation team. Ensure adherence to architectural principles, standards, and guidelines.
- Continuously assess and monitor the implementation progress, making adjustments to ensure Micro Focus solutions align with evolving business needs.
- Make crucial architectural decisions to deliver comprehensive Micro Focus solutions.
- Identify and manage technical, security, and compliance risks to ensure Micro Focus solutions meet organizational standards and requirements.
- Evaluate and enhance processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of Micro Focus services.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and maintain Micro Focus service quality standards.

**Personal Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or information technology or computer science.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Technical Skills**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Software Architect role.
- Must have proven experience with Micro Focus implementation and best practices.
- Proven experience with IT monitoring solutions.
- Practical experience in project management.
- Experience and knowledge of cloud computing.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of various operating systems and databases.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, specifically with expertise in Micro Focus solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound architectural decisions that align with business goals.
- Proficient in risk management and compliance in the context of Micro Focus solutions.
- In-depth understanding of coding languages.
