We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and dynamic individual to join our Salla team in Sales as a Product Coach.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our sales department and product department, bridging the gap and ensuring effective communication and understanding between the two teams.

You will play a crucial role in equipping our sales team with comprehensive product knowledge and providing ongoing training to enhance their selling skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Product Expertise:

- Develop a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, use cases, and competitive advantages.
- Stay up to date with the latest product updates, enhancements, and industry trends to ensure accurate and current knowledge.
- Act as the go-to resource for the sales team, providing prompt and accurate responses to their product-related inquiries.

2. Sales Team Support:

- Collaborate with the sales department to identify their training and product knowledge needs.
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives, assisting them in articulating product value propositions and overcoming customer objections.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance the sales team's product knowledge and selling skills.

3. Training Program Development:

- Design and implement a comprehensive training program that covers product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and customer-focused selling.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, training manuals, and online resources, to support the training program.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives based on feedback and performance metrics.

4. Product Feedback and Improvement:

- Act as a liaison between the sales and product departments, providing valuable insights and feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure that customer feedback and sales insights are considered during product development and improvement processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 + years of experience in product training, sales enablement, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
