**What you will do**:
As a Support Service Coordinator you will be playing a significant role in ensuring effective delivery of support services and partnering with the local employees to provide reliable support across locations of the company in KSA, you will be performing duties related to wide range of generalist support while being a part of our team ensuring business needs are met in line with Company policy, processes and local requirements.

We're the second largest global provider of defence aero-engine products and services globally with 16,000 engines in the service of 160 customers in 100 countries. Our engines power aircraft in every major sector, including: transport, combat, patrol, trains, helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles.

**Key Accountabilities**

**ADMINISTRATION**:

- Assist in timely updating the admin data base and collating related information such as car allocations, invoice payments, accommodations ,,, ETC. in coordination with the Support Services Manager.
- Assist with LoIs, GCC letters, Visit Visas and other government related documentation.
- Timely provision of gate passes and site passes for visitors including flight line permission for vehicles and laptops, in RSAF Airbases.
- Manage local hired car services including maintenance, authorizations letters and validity of documentations.
- Manage offices supplies and business requirements.
- Handle day to day office logistics, e.g., mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.
- Develop reporting mechanism to report weekly/monthly/annually activities.
- Perform data entry and scan documents.
- Handle daily activities with relates to outsourced services such as Travelling, transportation and telecommunications services...etc. including their billing.
- Manage validity of the Company licenses and registrations.
- Handle day to day services such as, translation, customs clearances, branding and printing.

**Property**:

- Property and asset Management including utility management.
- Assist local residential requirements and management of accommodation requirements and any related issues.

**IT and Telecommunications**:

- Manage local IT / Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Saudi National
- 3 to 5 years of administrative support experience with reputed international companies in a fast-paced and value-driven environment.
- A Driving License is a must
- Ability to liaise effectively with various governmental and private agencies and organizations.
- In depth knowledge of Support Services functions and its capability to support business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Broad knowledge of Saudi law and compliance requirements.
- Degree of Business Administration, or related.
- Strong customer service, relationship management and networking skills, including credibility and influencing skills.
- IT background is a plus
