In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.
**Job Description** ROLE PURPOSE**:
Looking for an IT support Coordinator to assist in Digital Transformation of Siting and Environmental Unit.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Assist in the development of tools to digitalize key project management processes.
- Assist in the digitalization of project forms using SiteEXP.
- Gather information and data to analyze the requirements for developing/improving the tools. - Provide technical support to end-users (project team) for using the digital tools.
- Manage SharePoint tool versions and perform periodic backups.
- Analyze forms optimization in MS Word and MS Excel to further digitalize them in SiteEXP.
- Assist in testing digital solutions to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility.
- Identify improvements based on feedback from users.
- Manage SiteEXP users and rights.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops to educate staff about new digital tools, processes, and technologies.
- Provide support to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
- Support change management activities by communicating updates, addressing concerns, and promoting a culture of innovation and adaptation.
- Collaborate with team members to identify challenges and develop solutions.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Uphold ethical standards and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's in computer science / Programming
- 1 - 2 Years of experience
- Any programming language exposure, Preferred is JavaScript, Python, SQL. MS Excel (Advance Features, Using If-Else Formula, Tables, Advance Filtering, etc)
- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Fluent English Spoken and Written
