Autobia is a B2B One-Stop-Shop for Automotive After-Sales Services. We are digitizing how businesses trade spare parts and bridging the automotive aftersales supply chain gap by linking resellers and wholesalers to provide better accessibility and availability.
**Job description**:
As a Vendor Manager, you will have accountability for the business results. Your direct responsibility will be to manage the performance of the product/brands portfolio, including developing and growing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, expanding product selection and vendor base, setting prices, developing marketing programs, driving sales and margin improvements, and creating best-in-class customer experiences.
The decisions you make directly impact Autobia and the company’s success. The Vendor Manager will identify short-term growth opportunities and lay the groundwork for long-term growth with the Inputs vendors. You will also work with the operation and tech teams to improve the overall experience, grow existing & new brands, or build private label brands.

**Requirements**:
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years experience in Commercial/Procurement/Vendor Management, Account Management, Project/Program Management, or Buying
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Buying/planning, operations, or finance background
- Technical aptitude and agility to learn new tools
- Experience with business analysis and expertise in Excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams, projects prioritization, planning, and task delegation
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results - self-starter and self-directed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation (Arabic and English)
- Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes
- Good organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- A willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Advanced experience with Excel
- Strong analytical skills
