**Position Overview**:
As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office functions. Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks that support daily activities and enhance overall efficiency in the company. This position is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize office's operation and prioritize works accordingly, ensuring a conducive working environment.
- Assist in processing purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documentation. Keep good connection with China headquarters' administration and financial teams.
- Organize and develop systems for the control of administration, marketing and sales and financial documents. Ensure accurate record-keeping, both electronically and in physical files.
- Manage all accounting documents including Quotations, Sales invoices, Statement of accounts, import/export documents, stock control and end of month balance of accounts.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff members, while also providing support for customer service initiatives.
- Perform any other activity that may be reasonably requested by the Company for the above mentioned purposes.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in a multinational company is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
