ABB’s Electrification Global Markets organization is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and generating profitable growth for the Electrification Business Area. Our 10,000 strong commercial team represents the portfolio of all Electrification Business Area Divisions in over 100 countries. **Your responsibilities**:
- Achieve assigned sales s products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Demand creation (Building Management System, Building Automation ( KNX ) & Emergency Lighting & Central Battery system.
- Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know how sharing and cross-collaboration.
- Manages administrative procedures in sales processes(SFDC), and supports collection and project management activities.
- Prepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager. Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
- Prepares sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
- Working closely with Product Marketing & Prescription team and give all required support.
- Leading the negotiation with EPC’s alongside to assure closing deals with best possible prices / terms.
**Your background**:
- Ideally, you will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, with the following requirements.
- 2 to 3 years sales experience in Building Management System, Building Automation ( KNX ) & Emergency Lighting & Central Battery system Solution offering.
- Fluent in Arabic & English is required.
