As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be managing the service delivery for an assigned area and portfolio of products and services. Ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by enabling flawless execution, on time delivery.

**As an Area Service Delivery Manager - Coiled Tubing, you will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
- Collaborating with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast.
- Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity.
- Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts.
- Handling the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.
- Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Have at least 7 years of experience in Coiled tubing - pressure pumping.
- Have previous experience in Service Delivery Management and P/L.
- Have experience in Business and profitability grow.
