**Job Purpose**

The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for developing and directing the Human Resources functions, including manpower planning & recruitment, leadership development, training & development, performance & compensation, succession planning, personnel affairs as well as developing and reinforcing organizational capabilities.
- Ensure the development of strategic objectives, business plans, policies and processes for the HR & Admin department in accordance with overall strategy and direction.
- Provide directions for the development of adequate policies and processes for HR & Admin department to achieve overall strategic objectives.
- Promote accountable environment with clear and defined employees’ responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities.
- Oversee and direct performance and compensation process across including performance planning, disciplinary meetings, salary adjustments, rewards and promotions according to policies and processes.
- Direct and oversee the development of training programs and plans to meet future directions and develop capabilities.
- Direct and oversee the implementation of career development programs and succession planning processes across the organization.
- Oversee and direct the manpower planning processes and support the Function heads across the organization.
- Oversee recruitment activities and ensures the screening and interviewing processes are carried out in accordance to set proper standards.
- Direct and oversee all Administration activities including government relations, employee relations, travel and accommodation, managerial communication, attendance and leave.
- Liaises with other Department Heads to facilitate implementation of new Human Resources & Administration initiatives across the organization.
- Review and approve employees’ insurance programs such as health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance and other plans.
- Ensure employees payroll is prepared and issued in a timely manner and in accordance to proper standards.
- Oversee Saudization plans are well developed and implemented across the organization.
- Establish leadership development frameworks and programs to build current and future leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Conduct Function Heads’ performance evaluation processes, carries out disciplinary meetings, and recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on performance appraisals.
- Monitor the adherence of HR & Admin department employees to policies and processes.
- Ensure effective departmental performance through the selection, development, deployment and motivation of competent staff.
- Provide guidance and leadership to Function Heads to ensure effective and efficient flow of work and ensures that all of them recognize their fundamental role.
- To have a structured approach and process oriented taking into consideration transforaminal phases and agreed business norms.

**Education, Experience, Skills & Competencies**
- 10-12 years of experience in the field of human resources including 3-5 years at management level
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Certification (Global Professional of Human Resources ‘GPHR’, Professional in Human Resources ‘PHR’, etc.), is a plus
- Arabic is a must and with Good English - Spoken and Written

**Salary: Negotiable**
