HR Manager

The HR Manager will build partnerships across the manufactory to develop an understanding of business objectives, operating environments, and performance best practices to proactively deliver business and people objectives. The HR Manager will deliver high-quality solutions across a range of HR activities in order to enable managers and employees to deliver the required business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with managers and staff to improve work relationships, manage performance, build morale, and increase retention.
- Partner with leaders to build an inclusive and high-performing team environment.
- Lead the job analysis function and continuously update the job description for different roles.
- Work with line managers to clearly define the job specifications including the responsibilities, requirements, evaluation parameters and KPIs, etc.
- Provides **performance management** guidance to line management, train employees on performance appraisal tools, and follow-up for timely completion.
- Assess **organizational development** needs and implement programs to address those needs and ensure individuals and the organization have the skills and knowledge needed for success.
- Identifies **employee needs** regarding performance issues, training options, and career development and makes recommendations accordingly.
- Participate in **talent assessment**, development of talent management systems, succession planning, and processes.
- Work to maximize **employee engagement** by leading employee welfare programs, ensuring constructive dialogue is maintained between different layers, proactively handling employees’ relations issues, etc.
- Continuously seek to make improvements in processes, workflows, and policies.
- Drafting of policies, procedures, and employees’ handbook to support the company’s objectives.
- Advise employees regarding human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
- Act as the central point for day-to-day People related inquiries, support, and guidance.
- Developing/updating the company’s database, procedure manual, and various HR forms.
- Undertake specific business projects and prepare several HR reports when requested.
- ** Business Acumen** -Ability to blend both context and content to inform views and decision-making.
- ** HR Strategic** thinking and analyses develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Conduct research and data analytics to assess organizational performance and propose solutions that are in support of the business and that are in promotion of ongoing talent, development plans, and succession.
- ** Talent Acquisition** senior experience provides inputs in the design and deployment of varied talent management programs like HiPo management, succession planning, job rotation, coaching & mentoring, and internal job movements.
- Strong influencing, communication, and engagement skills, working with and through others, Coaching and Mentoring ability.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration.
- +10 years of professional experience in different HR activities.
- Previous experience in Manufacturing.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
- Analytical skills, insight, and the ability to use results, data, facts, and benchmarking, to build, inform and shape convincing business cases.
- Business Oriented.
- High-level resilience skills with change management expertise
- Role-modelling good people management behaviors and disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills including fluency in English written and spoken.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
