**About the role**:
- Within Gunnebo Middle East, the role of the Business Development Executive BUSS KSA is to create, develop and manage a growing and profitable revenue stream for Gunnebo products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia region. The Business Development Executive plays a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue for our company, emphasis is placed on developing business both in the existing major centers and in the new, developing infrastructure within the region. Business will be generated both by personal activity and by the motivation, training, and management of colleagues (channel partner employees). Focuses on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems.KPI’s for this role is: Development of Kingdom of Saudi Arabian market | Appoint and Develop Channel Partners | Develop Key Account Customers | Customer Relationship ManagementWorkplace: Gunnebo Middle East in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (based in Riyadh)Duration: This is permanent full-time positionReporting to: This position reports to the Regional Sales Director BUSS MEA**What you will do**:
- Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell the organization's products within a designated geographic territory or by nature of customers. Focuses on personal sales targets, new business development, and troubleshooting on problem or key markets. May have special markets/complex product lines assigned that require significant client relationship skills. A seasoned sales professional with extensive product and market knowledge.-
- Meets personal sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of products/services within identified markets or geography.-
- Independently prepares sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions.-
- May participate in special projects/programs as assigned, such as training or communications sessions within or outside of the company.-
- Development of Kingdom of Saudi Arabian market for Chubbsafes and Gunnebo Products, growing turnover, margin and EBIT.-
- Appoint and Develop Channel Partners.-
- Develop Key Accounts Customer relations with the focus on promoting projects.-
- Train and develop skillsets of channel partners.-
- Develop an up-to-date market driven product portfolio/offer.-
- Customer relationship management.**Who we are looking for**:
- Experience:
A proven track record of selling high value capital equipment to blue chip Customers, Channel Partners as well as System IntegratorsEffective Project management skills-
- Structured selling skillset-
- Excellent knowledge of Security Products-
- Excellent problem-solving skills-
- Strong crisis management and conflict mediation skills- Knowledge / Education:- Academic Qualification-
- 5-10 years of experience in a business development/sales/marketing role-
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are required - Any additional language skills will be an advantage- Competences:- Understanding sales and marketing principles is essential (create effective sales strategies, identify target markets, leverage marketing techniques to generate leads)-
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, trends and customer needs-
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with the various stakeholders-
- Excellent communicating skills-
- Ability to negotiate terms and agreements - skilled to find mutually beneficial solutions-
